The meeting between President Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister in waiting Raila Odinga is yet to start.President Kibaki has already arrived at Harambee House Nairobi but it’s not clear whether Raila Odinga will be attending the talks.He is said to have been in a meeting with members of the Pentagon at the Orange House Nairobi since morning.The two principals were expected to conclude talks today on formation of cabinet which has been the borne of contention with the two sides disagreeing on cabinet portfolios.
