Police intercepts 105 rolls of bhang in Burnt forest Eldoret
Police have intercepted a vehicle ferrying 105 rolls of bhang worth 2million shillings along the Eldoret Nakuru highway. The vehicle en-route Nakuru from Bungoma was also ferrying 2.5 liters of chang’aa. Confirming the incident, Tarakwa OCS Jonathan Ngala said police at Burnt Forest road block in Eldoret intercepted the vehicle early in the morning today arresting two suspects. Ngala said the two tried to bribe the traffic police officers upon being stopped, prompting the police to conduct a search. The two suspects are being held at the Tarakwa police station. They will be arraigned in an Eldoret court tomorrow.
