Internally Displaced Persons at the Eldoret ASK showground camp have put the government on the spot over resettlement of displaced tenants.

President Mwai Kibaki has moved three permanent secretaries to new ministries.
Patrick Khaemba of Co-operative development and Marketing ministry shifts to the Livestock ministry.
Taking over the Co-operative docket is former PS in the ministry of Heritage and Culture Seno Nyakenyanya.
