Eldoret municipal council swear in 3 new councilors
Eldoret municipal council has sworn in 3 new councilors who won the June 11th by-elections. While swearing in the councilors at the municipal council Eldoret mayor Samuel Ruto asked them to work and abide by council by-laws while serving wananchi at their various wards. The 3 councilors are William Kiprop Rono of Kapyemit ward, Ramadhan Ali Warambo of Kidiwa ward and Isaac Samoei of Kamukunji ward. The 3 councilors won the elections all with Orange Democratic Movement ticket. At the same time wareng county council has sworn in John Kipkorir as an elected councilor, Kipkorir won the Mois Bridge ward with an ODM ticket.
