Police crack down on law breakers in Eldoret

Police over the weekend mounted a crackdown on law breakers in Eldoret town to reduce criminal cases and maintain law and order. According to Eldoret OCPD Mwinde Kioko, 190 people were arrested with various offences. 11 illegal hawkers, 9 drunkards and four people operating their businesses without licenses were captured. He also revealed that police impounded 357litres of changaa and 105 litres of busaa. Those that were caught were arraigned in court.
